Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate you understand ours is too.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked. All requested cancellations should be emailed to the practice admin@josheedypsychology.com.au
You can may cancel the booking via the client portal but email notification is also requested.
Any cancellations that occur within a 48 hour period of the booked time may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (50% of the value of the consultation fee for that booking).
Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the clinic to cancel their appointment), may have the full booking fee applied as a cancellation fee. This fee is equal to the full value of the consultation fee for that booking (100% of the fee due).
Where a third party is paying for the consultation and you do not attend, you will be responsible for the cancelled booking fee as third parties such as Medicare, VOCAT, TAC and Workcover do not reimburse for missed appointments.​​​​​​​​
